Here's what you can expect from our package: •Full makeup application service exclusively for the bride on your wedding day, ensuring you look and feel your best. •In-studio bridal consultation to discuss your preferences and ideas for your wedding day makeup look. •Choose one pre-wedding event to receive makeup application services for - whether it's your bachelorette party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or bridal luncheon/brunch. This is an in-studio service. •As a part of our package, we offer a makeup service that includes travel up to 40 miles round-trip from Universal City, ensuring that you can relax and enjoy the convenience of having our makeup artist come to you. •Up to one month from your wedding day to change your makeup look to ensure you are completely satisfied. Our package is tailored specifically for the bride, delivering a personalized and opulent experience at a reasonable cost. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Felicity Buie Makeup Artistry. LATE POLICY: Please ensure punctuality for your appointment (you may arrive up to 5 minutes early). If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us via text or call at 210-570-5542. Appointments will be canceled if a delay exceeds 10 minutes. For liability reasons, and to maintain a focused environment and prevent property damage, we kindly request that small children do not accompany you during your service. PAYMENTS: Your final balance is due upon completion of your service. We accept payments in the form of cash, Zelle (504-338-9527), credit/debit cards, or PayPal. Please note that PayPal payments require the installation of the PayPal app. For bridal services, all payments will be processed through your PayPal invoice. Cash App payments are no longer accepted. EARLY MORNINGS | AFTER HOURS: For appointments scheduled before 8 am, please email us at We will manually adjust the appointment time and send you an updated confirmation email. Appointments scheduled before 8 am or after closing hours will incur an additional $50 charge, which will be added to your final balance. DEPOSITS, RESCHEDULING, & CANCELLATION: Rescheduling: You are permitted to reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment, subject to availability. Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be reclaimed. Deposit Transfer: Deposits can be transferred one time only. In the event of rescheduling, you have the option to transfer your deposit to the new appointment. Rescheduling Timeframe: You may reschedule your appointment within a period of up to 2 months from the initially scheduled date. No Shows: Individuals who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be prohibited from booking future appointments. SICK POLICY: For the safety and well-being of all clients, I will wear a mask throughout the service. If you are feeling unwell, have been in contact with someone who has Covid or any other airborne disease, or are experiencing eye infection/irritation, please refrain from booking an appointment. If you have already made a booking and need to reschedule, please email or text 210-570-5778. In the event of physical signs of monkeypox, your appointment will be IMMEDIATELY canceled, and you will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be provided. You may reschedule once you have received medical clearance. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Services will be completed to your satisfaction while adhering to the allotted makeup time. Adequate time is allocated for each service at the time of booking. Acceptance of the completed service by the client signifies acknowledgment of their satisfaction with the provided service.
