Credit Transfer Policy

At Felicity Buie Makeup Artistry, we understand that unexpected changes can happen. If you are unable to keep your original appointment and do not yet have a new date in mind, your deposit may be transferred one (1) time only as a courtesy. By choosing to reschedule without a confirmed date, you agree to the following terms:

  • One-Time Transfer Limit
    A deposit transfer is permitted only once per client. After this one-time transfer, any further changes will require a new deposit and booking. No exceptions.

  • Credit Expiration
    Transferred deposits must be used within 30 calendar days of the original appointment date. If not used within this window, the credit will be automatically forfeited with no refund issued.

  • Same-Year Requirement
    The credited appointment must be scheduled within the same calendar year. If the original booking occurs in December, the credit may be applied to a date in January of the following year only.

  • Same Service Only
    Credit is valid only for the exact service originally booked. For example, if you booked an in-studio Natural or Bold Glam, the credit must be applied to another in-studio Natural or Bold Glam appointment. It cannot be applied toward travel services, bridal services, or any other in-studio service type.

  • Reminder Requirement
    It is the client’s responsibility to call or email to remind Felicity Buie Makeup Artistry about the credit when rescheduling. Due to the high volume of client messages, we are unable to track prior conversations, and failure to notify us of your credit may result in loss of use.

  • Non-Transferable
    Credits are non-transferable and may not be gifted, shared, or reassigned to another person. The individual who paid the original deposit is the only person eligible to redeem it.

  • No Split Credits
    Credits cannot be split or divided between clients or across services. They must be used in full by the original client for one (1) single appointment.

  • Use It or Lose It
    If your credit is not used within the allowed timeframe or under the above conditions, it will be voided without refund. No exceptions will be made.

 

By submitting a deposit and choosing to reschedule, you acknowledge and accept all terms of this Credit Transfer Policy. These terms exist to ensure fair scheduling and protect the time and business of Felicity Buie Makeup Artistry.

Deposits

Deposits/retainers are non-refundable when the client cancels their services or violates the policy. In the event the makeup artist cancels the service, a refund will be refunded back to the client. Deposits can be transferred ONE time.

Guest

Guests are not allowed to attend your appointment at the studio unless they are receiving a service. For liability purposes and to alleviate distractions, small children are not allowed to attend your service.

Payments

Your final balance is due at the end of your service. You can make your final payments via Apple Pay, Cash, Zelle, Credit/Debit card, or PayPal. All payments through PayPal will require you to install the PayPal app..

Late Policy

Please be on time for your appointment (you are allowed to arrive 5 minutes early). If you are going to be 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, please text me at 210-570-5542. Your appointment will be canceled after 10 minutes if you do not communicate.

Business Hours

Tuesday- Sunday 9-5,  Mondays we are at request only. Scheduling on Sundays and Mondays can be made via email request. If you require services before or after business hours, please email info.felicitybuie@gmail.com. Before and after hours are an additional $50.

If you need an appointment before 8 am please email me at info.felicitybuie@gmail.com. I will manually adjust the time and you will receive an updated confirmation email. Appointments, before 8 am or after closing hours, are an additional $50 added to your final balance.

Rescheduling | Cancellation

You may reschedule an appointment once at no extra charge, with your deposit being applied towards the rescheduled appointment. If you opt to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited as all deposits are non-refundable. Transferring deposits is allowed once. For a second rescheduling, a $30 fee will be incurred. Appointment rescheduling depends on the makeup artist's availability and can be done up to 2 months from the original date. No calls, no shows, will be prohibited from booking.

SICK POLICY

  • For precautionary purposes, your makeup artist will wear a mask throughout the service. If you are sick or have been around someone who is sick with covid or any airborne disease, please do not book an appointment.

  • If you have already booked an appointment and need to reschedule please email info.felicitybuie@gmail or text 210-570-5778.

  • If you are showing physical signs of Pink eye, Covid, or you have any visible rashes your appointment will be IMMEDIATELY canceled, and you will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be given.
