Service Description

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials and thank you for wanting to book with Felicity Buie Makeup Artistry. We commit to a professional level of service that will be provided to you during all required makeup events. Prices vary because each bridal party requires different services. Some brides may need the artist to travel and be there the entire service. Each contract is tailored to whatever the bride feel is more or less essential for her special occasion. During this service, you will receive: -Bridal consultation with two looks -Detailed flawless application -On location Makeup Service in the Northeast San Antonio area (Converse, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma, and Windcrest) travel fee will apply for areas over 20miles/20 minutes outside of the Northeast area -Mink Lashes -Wedding day Touch up kit with all the essentials you will need to keep you looking flawless -Wedding Day Makeup Application for the Bride -Makeup Application for one Pre-Wedding Event (ex. Bridal shower, engagement photos) -Touch-ups throughout your Reception and much more ***Prices vary depending on each brides individual needs.

Cancelation Policy

Thank you so much for booking with Felicity Buie Makeup Artistry Late policy Please be on time to your appointment (you are allowed to arrive 10 minutes early). If you are going to be 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, please text or call 210-570-5542. Your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes if you do not communicate. Guest Guest are not allowed to attend your in-studio appointment unless they are receiving a service. For liability purposes, and to alleviate distractions and property damages, small children are not allowed to attend your service. Payments Your final balance is due at the end of your service. You can make your final payments via Cash, Zelle 504-338-9527, Credit/Debit card, or PayPal. All payments through PayPal will require you to install the PayPal app. For Bridal services all payments will be made through your PayPal invoice. Cash App payments are no longer accepted. Early Mornings| After Hours If you need an appointment before 8am please email me at info.felicitybuie@gmail.com. I will manually adjust the time and you will receive an updated confirmation email. Appointments before 8am and after closing hours are an additional $50 added to your final balance. Rescheduling & Cancellation You can reschedule an appointment once at no additional cost. Your deposit will go towards the rescheduled appointment. However, if you chose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable. No calls, no shows, will be prohibited from booking. SICK POLICY For precautionary purposes I will wear a mask throughout the service. If you are sick, have been around someone who is sick with Covid or any airborne disease, eye infection/ irritation, please do not book an appointment. If you have already booked an appointment and need to reschedule please email info.felicitybuie@gmail or text 210-570-5778. If you are showing physical signs of monkeypox, your appointment will be IMMEDIATELY canceled, and you will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be given. You may reschedule when you have been cleared by your doctor. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED Services will be completed to the client’s satisfaction but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each service upon booking. Acceptance of completed service by the client is an acknowledgment by the client that the service provided is done to his|her|they|their satisfaction.
