Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY: Please ensure punctuality for your appointment (you may arrive up to 5 minutes early). If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us via text or call at 210-570-5542. Appointments will be canceled if a delay exceeds 10 minutes. IN-STUDIO GUEST: Only those receiving a service are allowed to join the appointment. For parents accompanying clients aged 14-16, you are more than welcome to sit in the studio. For liability purposes and to maintain a focused environment, children under the age of 10 are not permitted to attend appointments. We kindly request that small children not accompany you during your service. PAYMENTS: Your final balance is due upon completion of your service. We accept payments in the form of cash, Zelle (504-338-9527, Felicity Buie), credit/debit cards, Apple Pay Tap, and Cash App. EARLY MORNINGS | AFTER HOURS: For appointments scheduled before 8 am, please email us at info.felicitybuie@gmail.com. We will manually adjust the appointment time and send you an updated confirmation email. Appointments scheduled before 8 am or after closing hours will incur an additional $50 charge, which will be added to your final balance. DEPOSITS, RESCHEDULING, & CANCELLATION: Rescheduling: You are permitted to reschedule your appointment once at no additional cost. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment, subject to availability. Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be reclaimed. Deposit Transfer: Deposits can be transferred one time only. Rescheduling Timeframe: You may reschedule your appointment within a period of up to 1 month from the initially scheduled date. No Shows: Individuals who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be prohibited from booking future appointments. SICK POLICY: If you are feeling unwell, have been in contact with someone who has Covid or any other airborne disease, have open sores, or are experiencing an eye infection/irritation, please email info.felicitybuie@gmail.com or text 210-570-5542 to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule once you have received medical clearance.
